Please carefully read and follow all instructions that come with our products. For example, any documents that helps you use our products including the Stable natural materials disclaimer. Please also read our website and all Stable documentation at www.stable.org.za for tips on using our products.

Your rights.

Nothing in our returns policy limits any of your legal rights. We try our best to notify you of your legal rights and explain how these rights have been incorporated in our Stable Returns Policy. We support and endorse any practice that provides you with a superior customer experience.

Our products warranty.

We warrant that all our products are of good quality unless we clearly describe them as having specific defects or that they are sold “voetstoets” meaning that they are sold without any guarantee or warranty. Even when our products are sold “voetstoets” we make every effort to ensure that they are of good quality and suitable for the purpose that you have purchased them.

Product defects.

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. If you receive a product which you suspect of any defects, please notify us within 6 months of delivery by contacting us at: info@stable.org.za

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge except for shipping and transport costs.

Once we have inspected the product and validated legitimate defects, we will at our election, credit your account for the value of the product; or repair it; or replace it as soon as possible.

A product may have a supplier or manufacturer warranty that is more comprehensive than our warranty. You must claim any benefits from the supplier or manufacturer directly. However we will assist you as far as possible to receive those benefits. Any extended supplier or manufacturer warranty is subject to whatever terms and conditions the supplier or manufacturer may impose. Please ensure that you aware of those terms and conditions.

How to identify product defects.

You can identify defective products as products that have a deficiency or flaw or were unsafe when we supplied them to you. A defect usually means that workmanship involved in the creation of the products was below our commitment to providing you with quality products. It is your responsibility to show us that the product are defective.

Products damaged on delivery.

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 10 days of such delivery or collection by contacting us at: info@stable.org.za

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge except for shipping and transport costs.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at our election, credit your account for the value of the product; or repair it; or replace it as soon as possible.

Charges.

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we reserve the right (subject to applicable law) only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to Stable for extra charges and Stable reserves the right to reject the return of your product.

Our returns and refunds procedure.

You must use our returns and refunds procedure for returning defective or damaged products, or else we may refuse to accept them. Our returns and refunds procedure is as follows:

  • Give a brief description explaining why you think a return or refund is necessary

Dispute resolution.

If we do not agree that we supplied defective or damaged products to you we will make every effort to resolve a dispute amicably. However, if doing so does not meet your satisfaction this policy does not exclude any other rights you may have in law.

We aim for best of breed customer satisfaction.
